SINCE 2004, I HAVE HANDLED A VARIETY OF LEGAL MATTERS, INCLUDING:

CRIMINAL DEFENSE -- Most felonies and misdemeanors, including rape, homicide and sexual offenses, thefts, computer based offenses to assaults, alcohol and drug offenses for both adults and juveniles. I am in court almost daily dealing with these types of issues and would be more than happy to discuss your case with you personally.

TRAFFIC/ OVI / DUI --  Being cited for OVI (Impaired driving or DUI) is quite different than being convicted of it. I have experience in handling these matters, as well as all other traffic offenses, from speeding tickets to vehicular homicide. DO NOT simply pay your ticket or try to explain yourself in courts without taking the time to learn your rights.

DIVORCE / CUSTODY / CHILDREN'S SERVICES / FAMILY LAW --From my experience, family law is one of the more nuanced and intricate legal processes, but one that many people feel they can handle on their own. Unfortunately, there is far more involved with finding success in domestic court than simply filling out papers. It is often very difficult for a person to successfully handle a family law case without the assistance of an experienced lawyer. Trying to save a few dollars in the short run can sometimes lead to a mess which can take lots of time and money to undo later on. I handle many family law cases per year, including divorce, dissolution and custody  as well as adoption and protection orders. You may be surprised how affordable quality representation can be.
